Witnessing both intergenerational disadvantage and the resilience of my Elders instilled a lifelong commitment to strengthening cultural identity, leadership capability and opportunity for Aboriginal people.
My career spans mining, construction, government, education, legal, housing and community sectors, specialising in Aboriginal engagement, cultural capability and governance. I have built trusted partnerships between Traditional Owners, government and industry, strengthening social performance, participation and ethical engagement outcomes.
Recognising the gap between cultural awareness and practical capability, I founded SYNERGY Cultural Solutions, a 100% Aboriginal-owned consultancy delivering Cultural Intelligence and Leadership Programs that strengthen confidence, cultural identity and leadership capability while supporting organisations and communities to achieve informed, respectful and sustainable outcomes
